A reputed real estate firm engaged in quality property development projects in Jabalpur requires the following personnel to be part of a team executing the first lease only fully air-conditioned and modern mall & multiplex project :- 

1.      Manager Leasing & Marketing                                MBA/Diploma MarketingExperience of 3 years in real estate, hospitality/ F&B, health care, auto ancillary, pharmaceutical, publishing, etc with institutional sales & marketing experience. Will be responsible for leasing, tenant relations, business development, mall promotions, etc. Should be willing to travel.

 2.      Manager Finance & Accounts                                 Chartered Accountant (CA)Fresh or experienced CA’s with exposure to real estate, hospitality, financial services, etc. Will be responsible for overall control of stores, accounts, banking, cost control, project finance, liason with banks, FI etc.  

3.      Manager MIS                                                MBA(Systems)/PGD(Systems)Experience of  3 years preferably in real estate, hospitality, banks, financial services, etc. Will be responsible for preparation of project reports, MIS, DBMS, CRM, etc.  

4.      Architect                                                                                       B Arch 3 years experience in design and/or implementation of large residential and commercial projects. Work will involve interaction with some of the leading architect firms of the country, field implementation supervision, interior design work, etc.  

5.      Civil Engineers                                                                            BE (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)2 years / (Diploma) 3 years work experience with reputed construction firms including execution of multi-story buildings.

 6.      Mechanical Engineer                                 BE (Mech) / Diploma (Mech)3 years / (Diploma) 5 years work experience related to installation, commissioning & maintenance of fabricated structures, motors, pumps, air-conditioning systems, piping, DG sets, etc.  

7.      Electrical Engineer                                                                     BE (Elect) 3 years hands on work experience with reputed firm in execution of electrification work of large buildings including cabling, panel rooms, meter rooms, internal wiring, lighting, etc and maintenance thereafter.  

8.      Customer Relationship Executives                                                                           Polite and cool natured with good language and presentation skills. At least 6 month tele-calling/ tele-marketing /reception/hospitality experience.
